Signature Homestyle's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Signature Homestyle wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the carrier delivered date to return your item for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and placed in an outer carton to protect during shipping.
- Any item not in its original, unused condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are unfortunately not eligible for return.
- If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please save all packaging and contact our Customer Care team within two weeks of receipt. We will work with you to find the best solution. We require photos for all damaged or defective product.
- We require the original or a copy of your invoice to accompany your return. Returned merchandised should be sent to:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email or call with the status of your refund.
- Approved returns within the 30-day window will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment. Returns without the original invoice will be issued a merchandise credit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for return or exchange processing.
- Order Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel an order that has not yet been received, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
